Return eligibility is confirmed for the specific product and condition when you contact support. Mandatory rights under applicable Egyptian consumer law are not reduced by this store process.

Keep the item, serial labels, included accessories and packaging while the request is reviewed. Product-specific manufacturer warranty information is shown on the product page only when its source has been verified. Eligibility and remedy depend on condition, manufacturer terms and applicable law.

Approved remedies may include repair, replacement, refund or another agreed resolution after review and inspection.

We use customer contact, address, order, account, loyalty and support information to operate the store, fulfil orders, prevent abuse, provide support and maintain required records. Access is restricted by account roles. Do not send payment-card credentials or unnecessary identity documents through support text.
